The My Deaf Child program provides parents of deaf and hard of hearing babies (up to age) with free access to a detailed online course in American Sign Language. The Cork Deaf Association is committed to the empowerment of deaf and hard of hearing people in the city and county of Cork through the provision of information, promotion and support services.
