Irish Sign Language (ISL) ONLINE is a course run by Donahies Community School in Dublin. It is an online learning course with a duration of 8 weeks. First step in learning Irish Sign Language (ISL) for 3 months. Upon completing this course, you will have the option to continue your studies by participating in classes to obtain a full ISL Level 1 certificate.
Deaf people who have grown up with the language are the ones who are fluent in it and, therefore, are excellent teachers if you are looking to master this language, which forms the first and the preferred language of the Irish deaf community. Therefore, I recommend the Irish Society for the Deaf and its classes. They will be happy to organize classes with qualified deaf teachers, both in remote and face-to-face environments.
